• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
• Services refers to the Company’s mobile applications, including Elite Reads and Hercules: Body Scan, as well as the Company’s website.
• Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Services.
• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Services.
• Website refers to Perseus Labs, accessible from https://perseusai.co.uk.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Services, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such an individual is accessing or using the Services, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Services and form the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Services.

Your access to and use of the Services is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with Our Privacy Policy, which describes Our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Services.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

Auto-Renewal

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel Your Subscription renewal through Your Apple App Store account settings.

Billing and Payments

A valid payment method, such as a credit card or Apple Pay, is required to process payments. By submitting such payment information, You automatically authorize the Company to charge all Subscription fees incurred through Your account.

Refunds

Payments made are non-refundable, except as required by law or under Apple's refund policy. If You believe You are entitled to a refund, You must request it through Apple Support, as We do not process refunds directly.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel Your subscription at any time by going to Your Apple App Store account settings.

Apple App Store Users

If You access the Services through the Apple App Store, You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for any support, refunds, or issues related to Your subscription. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple Support.

Links to Other Websites

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services. In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the amount actually paid by You through the Services or $100 if You have not purchased anything through the Services.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Services are provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Governing Law

The laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Services, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after those revisions become effective means You accept the new Terms.
